Accepted Topics<\/h2>\n<p>We accept guest posts on topics related to\u00a0fish keeping, aquariums, all types of aquarium fish, fish diseases, and other related topics for our audience. This includes how-to guides, product comparisons, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. Content and Word Count<\/h2>\n<p>The content MUST be\u00a0interesting, unique, 100% original, and not posted anywhere else. No rehashed content or common knowledge information. The bottom line, the post should provide value to our audience.<\/p>\n<p>The word count must be in\u00a0600 to 2,500 words. Again, we are looking for in-depth high-quality content, which usually means something within this range.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. About Links<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Outbound Links<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may add 1-3 links to your blog or website as long as it is relevant to the topic discussed. You should also include at least 3-5 links to external resources relevant with the topic. These links should be meant to provide additional information and\/or support statements by referring to authoritative resources. We reserve the right to reject or request changes to links and\/or anchor text. All links should open in a new page.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Affiliate Links<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may add OUR affiliate links to the article. However, please do not add your affiliate links<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. Format and Images<\/h2>\n<p>Please provide the article in a Microsoft Word or Google Doc via email. The article should include H1, H2, and H3 headings and subheadings.<\/p>\n<p>We will include the images. Please do not include images unless it is your own image and you agree to provide PetNannyStore.com with a perpetual license for the image.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Revision and Publication<\/h2>\n<p>We will review and provide feedback as soon as possible upon article submission \u2013 either providing suggestions for improvement or with rejection. From the moment in which the article is finalized and accepted, it will be published within 5 to 10 business days. We may edit your writing for clarity, grammar, style. etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6. Copyright<\/h2>\n<p>If your article is accepted, you agree to grant PetNannyStore.com an exclusive perpetual copyright to the article. Self-Article Evaluation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The following is a checklist before creating and submitting an article.<\/li>\n<li>Is the title appealing and eye catching?<\/li>\n<li>Is my piece inspiring and informative?<\/li>\n<li>Am I using the appropriate words?<\/li>\n<li>Is my article grammatically correct (At your own level. Editors will help you correct grammatical errors).<\/li>\n<li>Is the topic relevant to the purposes and aims of the organization?<\/li>\n<li>Is my article helpful to the target audience?<\/li>\n<li>Is my article help readers resolve problems and issues?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you submit to us and don\u2019t hear from us, here are the likely reasons why:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It was boring. Cookie-cutter articles aren\u2019t going to work for us.<\/li>\n<li>There were tons of typos. We just don\u2019t have the time to edit heavily \u2013 or much at all, really.<\/li>\n<li>We already covered it on the site or we wouldn\u2019t want to cover it. If you\u2019re unsure about what we cover, you can search the site to get an idea.<\/li>\n<li>It was KW or link stuffed, didn\u2019t fit our content standards, or didn\u2019t meet our word count expectations.<\/li>\n<li>You didn\u2019t send us the finished article, you sent a pitch. And we don\u2019t have time to see an unfinished project and decide if we want to follow through on it regardless of how it turns out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>8.
